The pool
The swimming pool is on the south side of the house, so it gets sun all day long.
It was completely refurbished in 2010, with glass mosaic tiles. It has built-in underwater lighting.
It is 10 metres by 4, with extended “Roman steps.” It is 2 metres deep at the deep end.
With its quartz sand filter, it is easily maintained.
‘Happiness is a warm garden’
The main garden is flat, so that it has been possible to create a ‘walled garden’ area and lay down a grass lawn (something not often seen on the Costa Blanca).
To add variety, there are raised planter borders inside the walls, and a raised island.
For daily watering, there is a built-in garden irrigation system.
